Dear Survivor,
You might be feeling guilty, or like what happened to you was your own fault. But it is vital that you know that it is NOT YOUR FAULT. We are told by society that we are objects to be handled, objects to be hurt. But we aren’t objects. We are living, breathing people. I am sorry that someone failed to see you as who you truly are. You are BEAUTIFUL, STRONG and LOVED. And you need to believe that. Can’t be afraid to tell someone. I believe you, and anyone worth associating with will too. As much as it may seem like it, you are NOT ALONE. You are worth so much, and you are loved so much. You will get through this, I promise.
With love,
A survivor.
