Dear Survivors,  It’s okay not to be okay right now. There’s no “RIGHT” way to react. Just know a couple things:  1. I believe you. 2. I love you. 3. Whatever you need, I’m here for you.  It’s okay if you want to report, and it’s okay if you don’t. It’s okay if you can’t get out of bed, and it’s okay if you just want to forget. It’s okay if you aren’t ready to leave and it’s okay if you feel like you’ve moved on.  It’s okay to be scared.  Just know that you are not alone.  Love,  Alex
